Created by Taco Bell as a gourmet, fast-casual taco concept, U.S. Taco Co. brought a fresh take on Mexican-inspired dining to Huntington Beach, California. Rush Creative Studio designed the interiors and exclusive outdoor patio around a vibrant Día de Muertos-inspired concept, blending the richness of Mexican culture with the relaxed energy of coastal California.
Drawing from the team’s Mexican heritage, RUSH incorporated authentic cultural references, bold graphics, textures, and unexpected details throughout the 1,600 sq. ft. restaurant. An open kitchen and thoughtfully designed 400 sq. ft. patio extend the experience outdoors, creating a colorful and memorable destination that feels authentically Mexican while perfectly at home in Southern California.
