Lucy Activewear approached the design team to reimagine its stores nationwide, creating a fresh retail experience that would feel less like a traditional store and more like an inviting place to meet, shop, and connect. The new concept was rolled out to more than 20 locations across the country, bringing together a warm, sophisticated aesthetic with the energy of the activewear brand.

A major part of the project included redesigning the entire fixture collection, developing flexible custom displays tailored to Lucy’s different clothing lines and incorporating the brand’s signature orange stripe throughout the store. Eco-friendly flooring, 3D bamboo panels, distinctive fixtures, and refreshed dressing areas completed the concept, creating a comfortable, residential-inspired environment with a strong and recognizable brand identity.
