ush Creative Studio designed the amenity spaces and model residence for Brickhouse, a 76-unit apartment community in the heart of North Park, one of San Diego’s most creative and walkable neighborhoods. The design draws inspiration from the neighborhood’s vintage character, reinterpreted through a warm, modern lens to create a distinctive sense of place.

The scope included the carefully crafted lobby and leasing space, fitness center, rooftop amenity areas, and model unit, creating a cohesive experience from the moment residents arrive. Thoughtful materials, layered details, and comfortable furnishings bring together the character of North Park with contemporary living, resulting in spaces designed around comfort, community, and an elevated everyday experience.
