Rooted in the character of North Park and designed for modern San Diego living, Brickhouse brings a fresh perspective to multifamily design. Rush Creative Studio designed the amenity spaces and model residence for this 76-unit apartment community, blending the neighborhood’s vintage personality with a warm, contemporary aesthetic.
RUSH provided turnkey interior design across all amenity areas, including the lobby and leasing space, fitness center, rooftop amenities, and model unit, taking each space from initial concept and design through furniture, styling, procurement, and final installation. The result is a cohesive residential experience filled with character, comfort, and the creative spirit of North Park.
